Description of Oneida Stainless-Steel Tongs
These highly polished, handsome tongs feature 2-1/2-inch-wide, concave, pronged tips. That makes them far more attractive in the dining room than ordinary kitchen tongs and perfectly at home in a salad bowl--especially one holding fruit. But it doesn't mean this sturdy tool won't serve usefully in the kitchen. In fact, for turning foods in a frying pan, dipping pasta out of boiling water, and delicately handling fish and steamed vegetables, nothing is quite so useful as tongs.
